SERVICIOS INCLUIDOS RESERVANDO BUNGALOWS CON COUNTRY SIERRA:
Para las reservas efectuadas antes del 30 de julio de 2023
1.- Este año habrá una exhibición con los profesores. Ellos elegirán un número de bungalows y se os comunicará por escrito con que profesor os ha tocado. Ellos no sabrán quienes estaréis alojados en cada bungalow.
Esto es opcional. A la hora de hacer la reserva, solo tenéis que decir si queréis hacerlo o no.
Ellos nos mandarán un vídeo explicativo de dos bailes suyos y nosotros os lo haremos llegar por correo electrónico, para que vosotros os lo aprendáis. En el evento alquilaremos una sala aparte, para que podías ensayar todos juntos.
Haremos un vídeo de antes y después de la exhibición con el coreógrafo/a, para que tengáis como recuerdo este encuentro tan bonito todos juntos.
2.- Tendréis el privilegio de escuchar las canciones de todos los grupos antes de que salgan a concursar. Podéis votar vuestra canción favorita sin saber a que grupo corresponde. Entre todos los votos recibidos y junto a los del jurado, se dará a conocer la canción ganadora.
Se hará un sorteo entre todos los bungalows y el ganador entregará al grupo el trofeo a la mejor música.
3.- Pack de bienvenida al evento.
4.- Se os entregará dos fichas para jugar a la ruleta dentro de la sala.
5.- Acceso preferente en el Club – Disco.

INCLUIDED SERVICES IF YOU BOOK YOUR BUNGALOW WITH COUNTRY SIERRA:
For reservations made before July 30, 2023
1 - This year there will be a show performed by the teachers. They will select a number of
bungalows and you will be notified in writing which choreographer you have been assigned
to. They won’t know who will be housed in each bungalow.
This is optional. When booking, all you have to do is say whether you want to do it or not.
They will send us a tutorial video of two of their dances and we will email it to you so you
can learn it. At the event, we will rent a separate room so you can all rehearse together.
We will make a before/after video with the choreographer, so that you will have a souvenir of
this beautiful meeting all together.
2 - You will have the privilege to listen to the songs of all the groups before they go on stage.
You will be able to vote for your favorite music without knowing to which group it belongs.
Among all the votes received and with those of the jury, the winning music will be
announced.
A draw will be made among all the bungalows and the draw’s winner will give the group the
trophy for the best music.
3 - A welcome pack for the event.
4 - You will receive two chips to play roulette in the room.
5. Preferential access to the Disco Club.

COUNTRY SIERRA :
Pour les réservations effectuées avant le 30 juillet 2023
1 - Cette année, il y aura une démo des chorégraphes. Ils choisiront un certain nombre de
bungalows et vous serez informé par écrit du nom du chorégraphe auquel vous avez été
assigné. Ils ne sauront pas qui sera logé dans chaque bungalow.
Ceci est facultatif. Au moment de la réservation, il vous suffit de dire si vous voulez le faire
ou non.
Ils nous enverront une vidéo explicative de deux de leurs danses et nous vous l'enverrons par
mail afin que vous puissiez l'apprendre. Lors de l'événement, nous louerons une salle séparée
pour que vous puissiez répéter tous ensemble.
Nous ferons une vidéo d'avant et d'après la démo avec le chorégraphe, afin que vous ayez en
souvenir cette belle rencontre tous ensemble.
2 - Vous aurez le privilège d'écouter les musiques de tous les groupes avant qu'ils ne
présentent en compétition. Vous pourrez voter pour votre musique préférée sans savoir à quel
groupe elle appartient. Parmi tous les votes reçus et avec ceux du jury, la musique gagnante
sera annoncée.
Un tirage au sort sera effectué parmi tous les bungalows et le gagnant remettra au groupe le
trophée de la meilleure musique.
3 - Un pack de bienvenue pour l'événement.
4 - Vous recevrez deux jetons pour jouer à la roulette dans la salle.
5. Accès préférentiel au Club Disco.

SERVIZI INCLUSI PRENOTANDO I VOSTRI BUNGALOW CON COUNTRY SIERRA:
Per prenotazioni effettuate prima del 30 luglio 2023
1 – Quest’anno ci sarà un’esibizione tenuta dai coreografi. Sceglieranno un certo numero di
bungalow e vi verrà comunicato per iscritto a quale coreografo siete stati assegnati. Loro non
sapranno chi alloggerà nei bungalow scelti.
Questo è facoltativo. Al momento della prenotazione, tutto quello che dovrete fare è comunicare se
volete partecipare oppure no.
I coreografi ci invieranno i video tutorial di due dei loro balli, noi ve li invieremo per email così che
possiate impararli. All’evento affitteremo una sala separata così che possiate provare tutti insieme.
Faremo un video del prima e dopo l’esibizione con il coreografo, così che possiate avere un ricordo
di questo bel momento insieme.
2 – Avrete il privilegio di ascoltare tutte le canzoni dei gruppi in gara prima che salgano sul palco.
Potrete votare la vostra canzone preferita senza sapere a quale gruppo appartiene. La musica
vincitrice verrà annunciata tenendo conto dei vostri voti insieme a quelli della giuria.
Verrà fatto un sorteggio tra i bungalow e il vincitore del sorteggio consegnerà al gruppo il trofeo per
la miglior musica.
3 – Un kit di benvenuto per l’evento.
4 – Riceverete due gettoni per giocare alla roulette nella vostra stanza.
5 – Accesso privilegiato al Disco Club.

Solo entrada: 55€ por persona / Access ticket only: 55€ each person
Para grupos de hasta tres personas, podemos buscar acompañantes para compartir bungalow y reducir así el coste. Indica esa opción e ingresa el importe correspondiente a vuestro grupo, una vez confirmado que aceptáis compartirlo se os devolverá la diferencia.
MUY IMPORTANTE: Gastos de cancelación del 50% a partir del 30 de mayo del 2023. Gastos de cancelación del 100% a partir del 30 de Junio del 2023.
Country Sierra no se hará responsable de cancelaciones ajenas al evento y no se realizará ningún reembolso. Solamente se reembolsará, si el evento se cancela por la organización.

Country Sierra will not be responsible for cancellations unrelated to the event and no refund will be made. It will only be refunded if the event is canceled by the organization.
